Admittedly, this is not a simple subject, but there are many benefits derived from the various referencing
options. As you??™ll see in the following sections, references range from simple and direct (but
limited) to complex and powerful.
Under Windows you have a number of options when it comes to setting references to your addins.
Access 2007 doesn??™t support the notion of global modules in libraries, which means that loading
library databases involves more than simply pointing at a library name at startup and letting
Access find the add-in references within the library. When working with Access 2007, you have the
